After reading many reviews I decided to give iTouchDiamonds a try to repair my gold chain. And I was immediately happy with my decision! Not only did Matt repair my chain the same day, the customer service was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable and AFFORDABLE! Don’t be fooled by the name of this jewelry store and think all they do is sell jewelry, this is truly a one stop shop with everything done in house, no sending stuff off and waiting weeks for repairs! My wife's engagement ring needed repairs. A couple of small diamonds had fallen off, and she was worried about wearing it. I'm so glad I took it to iTouchDiamonds.Not only they found the perfect diamonds to replace the ones lost, but the meticulous attention to detail that they used to repair the ring was extraordinary. Mathew also made casual comments as he was evaluating the ring that made it evident the in-depth knowledge and passion he has for gemology. They also re-mounted the rest of the diamonds to make sure that they would not fall off, cleaned the ring and polish it. All this at a significantly lower price than the other bids I had gotten. As if this was not enough, the day I went to pick up the ring Mathew looked at my own wedding band and said: "give me that!"He cleaned it and polished it on the spot at no additional charge. Now my wife and I wear a pair of 20-year old wedding rings that look like new.I was very impressed. I am now a customer for life.
