This place is excellent! From their customer service to their quality. I used iTouch for an engagement ring appraisal and a resizing. They were very helpful in explaining to me the process of the appraisal, showing me all the details and the quality of the resizing was impeccable. I recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their diamonds, rings or any jewelry!

I had been looking for a jeweler to make a custom enhancer for my 3-stone oval ring, and my husband needed his wedding band repaired. My biggest concern was finding someone who I could trust as I had to leave my ring with that person. I found that trustworthy jeweler with iTouchDiamonds. Sandra and Matt did a great job, and without going into detail, I will tell you they stand by their work! Excellent place! My fiance got my engagemnet fitted there and cleaned. The service is great and if i would come not make it before the store closes I could call in and they would stay after hours just to help me out. We are now in the process of finding the perfect wedding band for me that will match well my ring.I highly recommend this place!

The team at iTouch is top notch! I can't say enough good things about them. I, admittedly, get super nervous and overwhelmed when I walk into a big jewelry store, but walking into iTouch is completely different. Sandra, Matt, and Morgahn are so warm and friendly and clearly focused on finding the right piece of jewelry that fits your unique personality.My fiancé got the perfect engagement ring for me from iTouch and completely surprised me with it! He described my personality and how active I am and they nailed it in helping him pick out the right ring. And I just picked up my wedding band from them as well! I tried on a couple of normal straight bands, but the gap between the band and the engagement ring would have really bothered me. So they made me a custom wedding band that perfectly wraps around and matches my engagement ring. I absolutely love it!Thank you, iTouch team! The team iTouch diamonds were fantastic. Friendly and accommodating. I brought my daughter who was kept busy by looking at all their gorgeous jewelry! They quickly performed service on my watch with a in-house jeweler. Will definitely be back!

Amazing customer service! Jewelry is absolutely beautiful and Sandra is extremely helpful and accommodating. My fiancé and I bought our wedding bands from itouch diamonds and my ring was custom made, it is absolutely gorgeous and everything I hoped for!

After reading many reviews I decided to give iTouchDiamonds a try to repair my gold chain. And I was immediately happy with my decision! Not only did Matt repair my chain the same day, the customer service was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable and AFFORDABLE! Don’t be fooled by the name of this jewelry store and think all they do is sell jewelry, this is truly a one stop shop with everything done in house, no sending stuff off and waiting weeks for repairs! Needless to say, I found a true gem! Thank you guys again for the repair!

I was recommended to Itouch Diamonds for my wife’s engagement ring. Sandra was awesome. Made the engagement ring process relatively effortless and enjoyable - she worked with us to find the best valued diamond that met our goals. Overall, Sandra made me feel very comfortable with this important of a purchase, connected instantly with my now fiancé, and even gave me sound proposal advice! I was referred to iTouch Diamonds by a close family friend and could not be happier with the service I have received on several occasions. I worked with Matthew 5 years ago to help design my wife’s engagement ring. After we had a small diamond fall out of the band, I called him up (5 years later) and he fixed it up no questions asked. I will never be able to thank Matt and his wife at iTouchDiamonds enough for the amazing service and hospitality they showed through the process of mounting a very special diamond into my fiance's engagement ring. My wife's engagement ring needed repairs. A couple of small diamonds had fallen off, and she was worried about wearing it. I'm so glad I took it to iTouchDiamonds.Not only they found the perfect diamonds to replace the ones lost, but the meticulous attention to detail that they used to repair the ring was extraordinary. Mathew also made casual comments as he was evaluating the ring that made it evident the in-depth knowledge and passion he has for gemology. They also re-mounted the rest of the diamonds to make sure that they would not fall off, cleaned the ring and polish it. All this at a significantly lower price than the other bids I had gotten. As if this was not enough, the day I went to pick up the ring Mathew looked at my own wedding band and said: "give me that!"He cleaned it and polished it on the spot at no additional charge. Now my wife and I wear a pair of 20-year old wedding rings that look like new.I was very impressed. I am now a customer for life.

The ladies at iTouchDiamonds did a fantastic job when I went in to see them about a couple of ideas for both a Christmas present as well as an anniversary gift. The location is private, there is no pressure and the quality doesn't suffer just because the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend iTouchDiamonds for any and all future jewelry purchases!!
